Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining houses in Champagne that is still family owned. And they make simply fantastic wines. This Rosé is a pale salmon color, with notes of orange and citrus. It is elegant, dry, full on the palate with terrific length on the finish. Perhaps the best example of Rosé Champagne in the world.
